What's the difference between a room moderator and a Host?
None.
Do room moderators have ban power?
Yes.
Are room moderators on hand? Does each role-playing chat room be
allowed to post rules and assign operators?
Absolutely. In fact, if you read the section on Creating
New Communities, you will see that there's a fairly set course
of action for creating a new public room. This course of action requires
establishment of a community with structure and internal support.
What about 911? How will that be used? WILL that be used?
With room moderators who have ban and block power, it is unlikely that
the service will be required. Alternatives such as room-based ejection
(if X out of Y chatters want to block a problem user, the user would
be blocked) are being explored.
